There's something about nature, isn't there? When going for a walk to look for sticks is the greatest idea or roasting marshmallows over a fire becomes the best dessert you ever had. I just love the way our boys lit up when we told them we would be camping. And I must say, there are a few things I learned this camping trip:
1- Never forget the swim trunks, even though it's way too cold to swim, because you know they're gonna get wet one way or another.
2- Bring more marshmallows than necessary, or mom and dad won't get any.
3- Be adventurous!
Next time we camp, I'll be ready. Swim trunks and marshmallows in hand!
