Ridin' the rails

We've done some pretty cool things in our beautiful state. And this past weekend had to be one of the most fun so far. We took a road trip to Globe, a small mining town about 2 hours away, to see a real life Thomas the Tank engine at Copper Spike Railway. Have boys + trains = Thomas the Tank Engine. Our "Day Out with Thomas" started with a picnic lunch and a magic show, for which Caleb volunteered and made everyone laugh at his responses to Magic Mike. The boys moved through all the fun stations excitedly and soaked up all things Thomas. Hands down best part of the day according to the boys was our train ride pulled by none other than Thomas himself. The boys' first ride on a train, let alone Thomas the Tank Engine, will be remembered forever.
It's always nice to enjoy these fun adventures with my Mom and Dad. So glad they made the trek with us!
